These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdkki platform and all its services. By using our services through the bdkki website, mobile version, or any other channel, you automatically accept these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the bdkki platform. bdkki may amend or update these Terms at any time as needed. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the changes.

To open an account and use services on bdkki, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You must operate the account in your own name and with your own funds — acting on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• Users must use the platform in compliance with the applicable laws of their own country.

bdkki reserves the right to reject, suspend, or permanently close any account application for any reason, particularly if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

Keeping your bdkki account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account — even if someone else used it.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

The bdkki platform supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods for transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Provide correct payment details when depositing; bdkki is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
• If suspicious activity is detected, bdkki reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

bdkki offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:

Welcome bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; deposit ৳8,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) — total balance ৳13,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — read the details carefully when receiving an offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• bdkki reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer.
• If abuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be suspended.

Regular bdkki members can enjoy the benefits of three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on consistent activity and loyalty on the platform. bdkki reserves the right to modify or withdraw VIP benefits under special circumstances.

bdkki is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or strategic programs.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Coordinating strategically with other players to commit fraud.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users on the platform.

If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

bdkki allows betting on various sports markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following terms apply to sports betting:

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with bdkki policy.
• bdkki reserves the right to void a bet if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary by market.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, the official announcement of the relevant authority is final.

bdkki places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not financial hardship.

• Set limits on your deposits and spending and stick to them.

• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.

bdkki's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. bdkki may also close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Long-term inactivity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

Any remaining valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned — however, bonus-related restrictions may apply.
